Overview

Noctuary is a dream journal and reflection app. This policy explains the limited product analytics we use and how to contact us about privacy.

Product analytics

We use Mixpanel Analytics in the European Union region to understand anonymous, content-free product usage and improve Noctuary.

Mixpanel receives a random anonymous installation or device identifier, along with limited technical information such as the app version, operating system and device information, and an IP address processed by Mixpanel.

These analytics help us measure onboarding steps and paywall outcomes, including when a paywall is reached or shown, and purchase, dismissal, restore, and failure outcomes.

Noctuary does not send dream contents, journal text, dictated text, AI interpretations, cancellation-questionnaire details, or any other free-text content to Mixpanel.

Noctuary does not use the IDFA and does not require App Tracking Transparency permission for this analytics. You can read Mixpanel’s Privacy Policy for more information about its processing practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
